Consistently, top 3 are Rage, Light, and Munitions in that order. Bottom 4 are consistently Mental, Quantum, celestial and Water. Everything else is pretty much middle ground. I’ve used some of these as well, and it really really shows why some are consistently top and bottom. Rage is extremely high in dps. I would personally recommend just making a Rage, Atomic, and Earth character (the 3 non-free Tanks). When one starts to feel boring, you can rotate. Lots of stuff can be powerful (Rage Tanks and Rage DPS are both really powerful).
